Northern Tier Buy Fresh Buy Local chapter is coordinated by the Northern Tier Cultural Alliance and is a membership chapter designed to promote local food in our region which covers Wyoming, Susquehanna, Bradford, Sullivan, Tioga & Potter Counties in Pennsylvania.
